Croda Teams Up with Aquapharm Biodiscovery in Marine Microbial Research

Croda International and marine biotechnology firm Aquapharm Biodiscovery (Oban, Scotland) say they have signed a three-year collaboration and license agreement involving marine microbial R&D. The agreement gives Croda an exclusive license to evaluate Aquapharm’s proprietary microbial library for possible ingredients that can be used in topical cosmetic skin and hair care applications, Croda says. Aquapharm, which will screen its library of marine microbes, will receive milestone payments and royalties on commercialization of any resulting products...
