Bayer CropScience completes Prophyta acquisition

Bayer CropScience has completed the purchase of Prophyta (Malchow, Germany), a supplier of microbial crop protection products, Bayer announced today. The acquisition includes Prophyta´s product portfolio, R&D laboratories, production, and formulation facilities, Bayer CropScience says. The signing was reported by CW earlier this month.
