BASF Researches Magnetocaloric Materials

BASF plans to intensify its collaboration with The Dutch foundation for Fundamental Research on Matter (FOM; Utrecht the Netherlands) to gain greater understanding about the properties of magnetocaloric materials. The research is set to run for four years. Full financial terms were not disclosed, although BASF will fund at least half of the research.
