Axens partners with Michelin, IFP in French research initiative for biobased butadiene

Axens (Rueil-Malmaison, France), IFP Energies Nouvelles (Ifpen; Rueil-Malmaison), and Michelin have launched BioButterfly, a plant chemistry research partnership that aims to develop and bring to market a process for producing biosourced butadiene, the companies announced.
