BASF says the consortium promoting the previously announced Smart Energy Home (SEH) initiative is ready to construct the first demonstration SEH (CW, May 23, p. 5). SEH is a project of the European Technology Platform for Sustainable Chemistry (SusChem), a group established by Cefic, European biotechnology industry association EuropaBio (Brussels), and the European Commission.
