Nanoelectronic Chemical Mart Rises

The nanoelectronic chemical market is rapidly growing amid demand for the miniaturization of integrated circuits (IC), says a recent electronic chemical report by SRI Consulting (SRIC; Menlo Park, CA). Consumption of these chemicals is as yet relatively small, however.
