President's Science and Technology Council Releases Report on Competitive Manufacturing

A White House advisory panel has released a report on improving manufacturing competitiveness, encouraging companies to invest in the U.S. The Advanced Manufacturing Partnership Steering Committee is co-chaired by Dow Chemical chairman and CEO Andrew Liveris, and Susan Hockfield, former president of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
