Lonza Signs Manufacturing Deal with French Biopharma Firm

Lonza says it has signed an agreement with biopharmaceutical company LFB (Les Ulis, France) to manufacture a monoclonal anti-RhD antibody developed by LFB. The process developed by LFB will be transferred to Lonza which will provide manufacturing services for supporting the phase III clinical program, under the deal. Lonza will also support LFB in its regulatory submissions by providing appropriate documentation. Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
