US technology firm becomes sole owner of biobased chemical start-up

Cibus Global (San Diego), a technology firm, has acquired the remaining interest in Nucelis (San Diego) for an undisclosed amount, Cibus has announced. Nucelis, established as an independent entity in 2010, will become an independent operating unit of Cibus.
