U.S. Air Force Rules on Use of Jet Biofuel

Tests by the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL; Dayton, OH) have concluded that a plant-derived jet fuel produced by Virent (Madison, WI), using Shell and Virent technology, could be used to fuel jets.
