Merck KGaA eyes pharma acquisitions in the US; strengthens ties with Israeli firms

Merck KGaA (Darmstadt, Germany) is looking to strengthen its presence in the prescription pharmaceuticals market in the United States and is open to more collaborations and acquisitions.
