Europe launches biobased industries joint technology initiative

The European technology platform for sustainable chemistry (SusChem),a joint program between Cefic and several other European chemistry organizations, says it welcomes the launch today of the bio-based industries (BBI) joint technology initiative (JTI). This major public-private-partnership (PPP) represents a significant step forward to the realization of a European bioeconomy, SusChem says.
