DuPont Wins Injunction Against Competitor in Kevlar Case

A U.S. federal court has barred South Korea’s Kolon Industries from making aramid fibers products that compete with DuPont’s Kevlar brand. The 20-year injunction is the latest development in a long-running legal battle between DuPont and Kolon, with the companies trading lawsuits over alleged antitrust and trade-secret violations.
