The 20-year injunction is the latest development in a long-running legal battle between DuPont and Kolon, with the companies trading lawsuits over alleged antitrust and trade-secret violations. Earlier this year, a U.S. judge sided with DuPont in an antitrust filed by claim by Kolon against DuPont.
