Coskata Awards Engineering LOI for Cellulosic Ethanol Facility

Coskata, Inc. (Warrenville, IL), a developer of technology for the production of renewable fuels and chemicals, has awarded a letter of intent to Fagen, Inc. (Granite Falls, MN) for engineering, procurement and construction services for its commercial cellulosic ethanol facility at Boligee, AL, that will use Coskata technology. Coskata’s process leverages proprietary microorganisms and bioreactor designs that can generate fuel-grade ethanol from virtually any carbon-based feedstock.
