BASF supports process development professorship at German university

BASF says it has sponsored a junior professorship at University of Kaiserslautern (TU Kaiserslautern; Kaiserslautern, Germany) to investigate tools for the development of new production processes using alternative raw materials. The endowment will support assistant professor Jakob Burger under the supervision of the university's chair of thermodynamics, Hans Hasse, for a period up to six years.
