U.S. Supreme Court Declines to Hear FMC's Carbofuran Appeal

The U.S. Supreme Court has declined a petition by FMC and several industry groups which had appealed to the high court for a review of EPA's decision restricting carbofuran, a pesticide. The groups appealed a lower appellate court decision that held an administrative hearing on the EPA's decision to ban carbofuran in the U.S. was not required.
