U.S. Lawmakers Review Carcinogens Report

Industry representatives told U.S. lawmakers recently that the process used to compile the National Report on Carcinogens (RoC) lacks proper criteria for ensuring the scientific data used is consistent and transparent, lacks checks and balances including adequate peer review, and relies on outdated methodologies.
