U.S. EPA Cracks Down on Confidential Business Information Claims Under TSCA

U.S. EPA will make it harder for companies to make confidential business information (CBI) claims under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The change in policy, published today in the Federal Register, states that U.S. regulators will reject certain CBI claims that had generally been approved in the past.
