U.K. Industry: Further EU Carbon Cuts Will Harm Competitiveness

The U.K. government’s recently announced plans to cut the country’s carbon emissions 50% by 2025, from a baseline year of 1990, would severely damage the U.K. chemical sector, the Chemical Industries Association (CIA; London) says.
