TSCA Reform Bill Due Out Next Week

The House of Representatives committee overseeing proposed reform of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) plans to introduce the formal bill July 22, with a hearing on the bill scheduled for July 29, according to Washington sources. That schedule could not be immediately verified by the Energy & Commerce committee, which is spearheading the TSCA reform effort.
