Süd-Chemie Promises the Same Service and Sustainability Focus Following Ownership Change

Süd-Chemie has concluded its biennial innovation and technology symposium this week in Beijing with the message that it will continue to provide the same level of service and development of sustainable products under Clariant, its new owners. The company underpinned its commitment towards sustainability with details that it is progressing with a previously disclosed €28-million ($39 million) investment plan to build a demonstration plant for a cellulosic ethanol technology, and the announcement that it will build a next-generation lithium battery...
