Senate Rejects Bids to Limit EPA’s GHG Authority

U.S. lawmakers have voted on a series of measures intended to limit EPA's authority to regulate greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. The House, as expected, passed a bill that would limit EPA's GHG authority, but the measure did not garner enough votes to pass the full Congress and President Obama.
