Senate Panel Plans TSCA Vote for Wednesday

The Senate Environment and Public Works Committee plans to vote Wednesday on a bill that would revise the 1976 Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), according to public health advocacy groups. The Senate vote would be the first so far on revisions to TSCA.
