Safety Board's 'Most Wanted' Change is a Revised PSM

The U.S. Chemical Safety Board (CSB; Washington) says its top priorities going forward are changes to OSHA’s Process Safety Management (PSM) code—which has not been modified since its inception in 1992—and measures to prevent accidents caused by combustible dust, CSB chairman Rafael Moure-Eraso tells IHS.
