Obama's Budget Would Reinstate Superfund Taxes, Fund Fracking Study

President Obama has submitted to Congress a budget proposal for fiscal year 2013 that has raised concerns among industry groups due to the possible effect on the U.S. economy, executives say. Obama’s $8.3 billion proposal for EPA is down $105 million from FY2012, the third year in a row that EPA’s budget has been cut.
