EnviroTech :: Environment New York Assemblywoman Revives Push for Stronger TCE Standards1:31 PM MST | January 11, 2012 | Kara Sissell New York Assemblywoman Donna Lupardo (D., Endwell) says a top priority this year will be advancing legislation to strengthen trichloroethylene (TCE) standards. Lupardo says state and federal health studies make it clear New York needs stronger TCE rules. Lupardo is reviving a bill she first introduced in 2008 that would require the New York Department of Health to prescribe a maximum indoor air contaminant level for TCE "based on the most protective underlying assumptions and cancer potency factor."
