New Jersey Breaks Up the Brownfields Logjam

Brownfield redevelopment recently received a boost from a bill passed by state lawmakers after months of intensive advocacy efforts by the Chemical Council of New Jersey (CCNJ; Trenton) and other business groups, says CCNJ executive director Hal Bozarth.
