NAS Analysis of Bayer MIC Plant Cites Wastewater Concerns

The National Research Council (NRC; Washington), a division of the National Academy of Sciences, says Bayer’s methyl isocyanate (MIC) unit at its Institute, WV site should take greater care with effluent discharges due to potential adverse health effects related to wastewater.
