EnviroTech :: Environment Merck KGaA Forms Collaboration to Develop Materials for Energy-Efficient Processes3:04 PM MDT | March 14, 2012 | Alex Scott Merck KGaA (Darmstadt, Germany) and the Cluster of Engineering and Advanced Materials (EAM) at Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg (Erlangen, Germany) have announced that they will work together to develop novel hybrid materials and energy-efficient processes. The cooperation will focus on systems involving catalytic conversion, gas purification and new functional surfaces. Financial terms were not disclosed.
