Inhofe calls for Congress to rein in a 'rogue' EPA

Senator James Inhofe (R., OK) and The Heartland Institute (Chicago), a public-policy think tank, will present a petition to Congress at a public event on 27 November, asking lawmakers to rein in a “rogue” EPA by imposing deep cuts to the agency’s budget and requiring cost-benefit analyses for all regulations.
