The bill includes legislation clarifying that pesticides applied in accordance with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act would not require National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permits. The bill also contains language to prevent a duplicative court mandate under the Clean Water Act that imposes significant legal burdens on U.S. growers...
