GlobalChem Meeting Tackles TSCA Reform

Proposed legislative changes to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), and concerns over EPA’s use of TSCA authority to increase management of certain chemicals, took center stage at this year’s GlobalChem conference, held last week in Baltimore. The event, whose sponsors include ACC and Socma, gave industry executives the opportunity to reiterate concerns about the direction proposed changes had taken last year.
