Genomatica Develops Bio-process for MEK that Runs on Idled Ethanol Plants

Genomatica (San Diego, CA), a biotech start up, says it has developed the first bio-process for manufacturing the solvent methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) from renewable raw materials.
