EU to Review Ethanolamines Antidumping Measures

The European Commission has decided to review European Union (EU) antidumping measures against imports of ethanolamines from the U.S., following a request from Dow Chemical. Dow is a major exporter of ethanolamines from the U.S. to the EU. The commission says it decided to review the antidumping measures because Dow provided prima facie evidence that "the circumstances on the basis of which the existing measures were imposed have changed and that these changes are of a lasting nature."
