EU Outlines Plans to Tighten Emissions-Trading Security

The European Commission has outlined a series of actions to strengthen the integrity of the European carbon market following a series of cyber thefts from several European Union (EU) emissions trading system (ETS) registries last month. The proposals are due to be discussed today by the EU climate change committee.
