EU Officials Advise U.S. Senate on Emissions Trading

Senate Environment and Energy Committee chairman Jeff Bingaman (D., NM) says he plans to use comments from a recent roundtable discussion with industry, EU officials, and consultants to finish drafting a climate change bill he plans to introduce this month.
