EPA Proposes GHG Inventory Rule

EPA has proposed a national system for reporting greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, which would require large industrial facilities and other sources to begin annual reporting of emissions in 2010. The rule covers facilities that emit more than 25,000 m.t./year of GHG, and EPA says the vast majority of small businesses would not have to report emissions because they fall well under that threshold.
