EPA Postpones Proposed GHG Rules for Power Plants

EPA says it has delayed by two months its schedule for proposed rules for regulating greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from power plants. The original July 26, 2011, date has been delayed until September 30. The deadline for the final standards power plant GHG emissions May 26, 2012.
