ED: Industry’s HPV Efforts Fall Short of Program Goals

Environmental Defense (ED; New York) gives EPA and industry poor marks for complying with obligations made under the voluntary high production volume (HPV) program. Final submissions were due more than two years ago, but industry has only provided about 47% of the required data, ED says.
