Dow Settles EPA Violations for $2.5 Million9:23 AM MDT | August 1, 2011 | Kara Sissell Dow Chemical and EPA have reached an agreement for Dow to pay $2.5 million to settle federal violations at Dow’s Midland, MI complex.
