Court Begins Jury Selection for Monsanto Agent Orange Trial

A lawsuit brought by residents of Nitro, WV seeking medical monitoring compensation related to Monsanto’s legacy production of Agent Orange is scheduled to go to trial next week. Plaintiffs allege Monsanto’s manufacturing of the defoliant before it was banned in the 1970s resulted in dioxin contamination in the area.
