Plants Restart After Hurricane Isaac

Several chemical companies that temporarily shut down plants in Louisiana because of Hurricane Isaac have begun assessing damage and restarting operations. Though no major damage has been reported, a few companies have reported flooding, including Stolt-Nielsen. At its peak, the storm dumped up to 20 inches of rain on some areas of Louisiana and knocked out power for more than 900,000 customers, according to the Weather Channel.
