California Issues Latest Draft of Consumer Product Safety Regulations

California’s Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) has issued the latest draft of its Safer Consumer Products Alternatives regulations, the latest step in implementing the state’s controversial green chemistry law. The informal draft is a prelude to the June 2012 deadline for Californian regulators to reissue the proposed regulations.
