Weekly Round Up, April 30: Lyondell Emerges, Victorious?

After 15 months in Chapter 11, LyondellBasell has emerged from bankruptcy. The company has slashed its debt obligations and is focused on costs, CEO Jim Gallogly tells CW. It plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange later this year. More first-quarter earnings came in this week, and the news was generally good.
