Norway Initiates Carbon Capture Testing Program

  The Norwegian government has decided to press ahead with a major testing program for carbon capture and storage (CCS). The program will feature significant but undisclosed state funding. The R&D will be undertaken at a large-scale test facility to be built at Mongstad, on the west coast of Norway.
