Linde Awarded Contract to Supply Gases to Bosch Solar's PV Complex in Germany

Linde Nippon Sanso (LNS; Munich), a Linde subsidiary specializing in high purity atmospheric gases and special gases for the semiconductor and photovoltaic (PV) industries, has been awarded a long-term contract to suply gases for Bosch Solar's new manufacturing site at Erfurt, Germany. Linde will provide high purity nitrogen from an on-site air separation unit, which it will build, own and operate by March 2010, and oxygen from a cryogenic liquid tank, under the turnkey contract.
