Energy, Carbon Costs Will Undermine U.K. Chemical Industry

The U.K. government’s plans for a number of carbon emission taxes on industry, including a planned carbon price floor, if introduced, would have a serious impact on the competitiveness of the U.K. chemical industry, says Steve Elliott, CEO at the Chemical Industries Association (London).
