EnviroTech :: Climate Change EPA Releases Final GHG Tailoring Rule4:01 PM MDT | May 13, 2010 | Vincent Valk U.S. EPA has issued the final tailoring rule for greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions permit requirements for stationary sources, including chemical plants, according to agency documents. The rule lays out which facilities will need to obtain permits authorizing continued operation or new construction and modifications under the Clean Air Act (CAA).
