EnviroTech :: Climate Change EPA Reaffirms GHG Phase-In10:56 AM MDT | March 30, 2010 | Vincent Valk The U.S. EPA reaffirmed yesterday that greenhouse gas (GHG) permitting rules for stationary sources, including chemical facilities, will be phased in starting in January. Mobile source permitting rules will be phased in starting at the same time, for the 2012 vehicular model year. The phasing in of the stationary source rules was first announced in February, when EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson sent a letter to Congress describing how the process may work.
