EnviroTech :: Climate Change EPA Clarifies Refinery GHG Rules9:44 AM MST | December 23, 2010 | Vincent Valk U.S. EPA has reached a settlement with several states, local governments and environmental groups regarding the timeline for greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions regulation of refineries and power plants. EPA will propose emissions standards for power plants in July of next year, and for refineries in December, with final rules promulgated in May and November of 2012, respectively.
